Any information supplied voluntarily by you (e.g. as part of an enquiry) is used by us solely to allow us to deal with your enquiry and any subsequent booking you may make.  Unless you tell us otherwise we may keep your information to allow us to contact you to advise you of, for example, special offers or major changes to the house.  If you request we do not keep your information any paper records will be cross-cut shredded and any computer files deleted.

We will never share your personal information with any other individuals or companies except where required to allow us to process your booking, in connection with insurance, or if it is required by law in which circumstances only the minimum information required will be given.

Cookies are only used on our site to allow it to operate and should not remain on your computer after you leave the site.

Information sent using e-mail is not encrypted so should not be used to send confidential information such as credit card details.
